Wilmer Valderrama is celebrating the new year with a new fiancée!

The “That 70s Show” star took to Instagram early on Thursday to reveal that he got down on one knee for model girlfriend Amanda Pacheco on New Year’s Day. The photo shows the couple in the moment in front of a beautiful ocean backdrop.

“It’s just us now,” he captioned the photo, following up with the date of the engagement. “01-01-2020.”

Pacheco had her own series of Instagram posts surrounding the engagement, including a photo that revealed her teardrop-shaped engagement ring.
She wrote the same caption as her new fiancé.

According to People, the pair were first spotted together as a couple in April 2019. They later showed up as a couple at Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas’ wedding. The two have been open about their relationship on social media, posting snaps from their various adventures together.

Valderrama’s dating history has been a relatively open book since dating Demi Lovato for six years until 2016 and Mandy Moore prior to that in 2000.

Lovato and Valderrama released a breakup statement at the time of their split, “After almost 6 loving and wonderful years together, we have decided to end our relationship. This was an incredibly difficult decision for both of us, but we have realized more than anything that we are better as best friends.”

Valderrama wasn't the only celebrity who heard bells in the air on New Year's. On Wednesday, Kathy Griffin married longtime boyfriend Randy Bick.

The 59-year-old funnywoman took to Twitter to reveal a portion of the wedding ceremony which “was just under 14 minutes,” according to her. The ceremony was officiated by her friend, actress and comedian Lily Tomlin.
