The customer refused to leave the window after the employee refused to give extra hot sauce packets

November 25, 2020

As any fan of Taco Bell knows, no meal is complete without a few packets of hot sauce to go with the food.

However, asking for extra packets of hot sauce may not always go the way the customer expects.

Police in Idaho were recently called to a dispute at a Taco Bell drive-thru after a customer refused to leave the window when an employee denied their request for extra hot sauce, reported the Rexburgh Standard Journal.

The Taco Bell in Rexburg, Idaho dealt with a backed up drive-thru line as the customer remained parked in front of the window after not being given extra hot sauce.

Luckily, no one was harmed during the altercation, and the woman eventually left once police arrived.

Still, many were shocked the woman’s request was denied.

It is unknown if she ever got the extra hot sauce, or if there was any clear indication of a hot sauce packet shortage.

Hopefully the next time she goes to taco Bell her sauce request is accepted. If it’s not, police may be dealing with this again.
