On Wednesday we told you about a new cover by Lindsey Pavao from The Voice. Her version of Trey Songz‘ hit “Say Aah” was one of the coolest re-workings of a pop song we’ve heard in a while! It inspired us to hunt down and give you some more reinvented tracks by pop stars themselves. Today, I found an awesome cover from a fine looking young man who is making awesome covers left and right on Youtube.

Mr. Ward has 491,823 “Likes” on Facebook and 13,988 are talking about him at this very moment (FB never ceases to amaze me with its creepiness). According to his Facebook page, Tyler wasn’t always into music — he was accepted into the United States Air Force Academy where he actually played football. He found it hard to adjust to military life, “I smiled too much.”

Tyler now writes, plays and produces music and has been traveling all over the world playing shows. He even has fans in Germany and Guatemala!
