Sarah Jessica Parker is doing a live interview today at the 92nd street Y tonight!  It’s just one of the many things on our list of What’s Fresh Around Town!

1. Sarah Jessica Parker is in Conversation with Leonard Lopate at 92Y tonight. She’ll discuss her tenure as Carrie Bradshaw, her many roles in film, television and stage productions and juggling work and family.  That’s at 8pm.

2. The Pee-Wee Herman Show begins previews on Broadway with Paul Reubens tonight.  And it’s also opening night on Broadway for “Rain: A Tribute to the Beatles.” Both run for a limited time only, until January 2nd.

3. The New York Botanical Garden is hosting the Halloween Hoorah.  It features more than 500 pumpkins intricately carved to create scarecrows, snakes, and spiders and includes three of the largest pumpkins grown in the United States this year—each weighing over 1,500 pounds!  That’s all day each day until Halloween!
